Governance

You control the rules. Navy points holders decide how the protocol works.

What You Vote On

New assets. Which companies get listed next. Any publicly traded company with an audited NAV and regular dividends can be proposed.

Risk parameters. Margin requirements, leverage caps, liquidation thresholds. These directly affect how much leverage you can use and how safe your positions are.

Fees. Trading fees, lending fees, vault fees. All adjustable.

Treasury. 40% of revenue goes to the protocol treasury. How that gets spent is up to points holders. Fund development, marketing, audits, whatever grows the protocol.

How Voting Works

Voting power is proportional to your Navy points. More points, more weight. Proposals go through discussion, vote, and on chain execution.

No single entity controls the protocol. The code is open source and points holders have the final say.
